I am currently a senior at Iowa State University majoring in Agricultural Communications with a minor in Agronomy. Tentatively I will be graduating in May of 2022.

I am originally from a small town in Northeast Iowa called Elgin. The area that I grew up in and counties surrounding it are built on a strong agricultural community. Within that community is my family's 5 generation farm. While growing up on my family's farm we raised dairy cattle and hogs along with growing row crops. This lead me into becoming involved in FFA and my county fair where I grew stronger in my communication and leadership skills.

Through these experiences I had a strong passion for agriculture instilled inside of me. This passion is what has lead me to pursuing a degree in agriculture. With my degree I will utilize it to advocate for agriculture and assist farmers to excel in their productions.

Throughout these past few summers I have had internships with companies in the agriculture industry. Every summer was spent with me learning about different areas of the industry which was seed, livestock, and equipment. With these experiences I have been able to grow my communication skill set. As you look through my website you will find examples of work that I have done in the past.
